A concealed door hinge can have a spring for automatic closing or simply just fold as a normal hinge does.

The key to making a secret door is the concealed hinges holding the door closed. These hinges install in much the same way, but sit inside a cubby built into the door's edge and the doorframe so that they fit in the space where the door meets the wall.
Installation method: Drill holes on the door and doorframe, then fix the hinges into the door and doorframe via wooden screws.
